From 2010 to 2024, I worked as a consultant at McKinsey, helping businesses solve complex problems. I am a seasoned expert in helping organisations improve profitability – as an Associate Partner affiliated to McKinsey Transformation, I led McKinsey and client teams to design and deliver transformation programmes across industries. On secondment from McKinsey, I gained experience of working directly within organisations.
